HOW THE MATCH WORKS

Goal first. Scope second. Specialist third.

The Fellowship is for AI Innovators alumni and students who already have meaningful project experience. It begins with a specific target: a technical question, competition, publication path, application, or product the student genuinely wants to pursue.

Lucid first tests whether the goal is technically coherent and realistic for the timeline. Only then do we confirm an available specialist and build the milestone plan. If we do not have the right person, we say so.

WHAT THE FELLOWSHIP INCLUDES

Start with a named target. Build a serious body of work around it.

For AI Innovators alumni and students with meaningful programming or project experience, the Fellowship turns a specific goal into a scoped plan, specialist match, technical milestones, and a finished package.

  3. 03Weekly 1:1 research or engineering sessions
  4. 04Technical review and written feedback between sessions
  5. 05Preparation for the appropriate external target: competition, publication, showcase, or launch
  6. 06A final package matched to the work: code, results, paper when warranted, project documentation, presentation, and next steps
